她早上喝一杯咖啡 = She drank a cup of coffee in the morning.

今年4月15日我去了日本 = I went to Japan on April 15th.

Jack晚上9點有個約會 = Jack has a date at 9 PM.

明明都是時間，為什麼有的用IN、有的用ON、有的用AT ？？？

坦白說，小編學英語這麼多年，還是常常搞混呢～～

in, on, at 都是我們常用的時間介係詞～

他們差別到底在哪？什麼時候要用哪一個呢？

很簡單！

in, on, at 用法的差別就在於：

at: 一個準確、特定的時刻

in: 月份、季節、年、世紀、一段長而非特定的時間

on: 特定日期、星期

邏輯就這麼簡單分辨！

下面幫大家統整常用的時間用法，一起練習看看吧！

in + (months, years, centuries, long periods)

更簡單！

IN > ON > AT

基本上，使用IN的時間比ON大，使用ON的時間又比AT大

這是簡單公式，其中仍有例外，但可以讓大家有最初步的分辨

若要精細，仍需參考第一種分辨方法喲～

有個很有趣的地方，也一直是小編的疑問

為什麼我們用 in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, 但卻是用 at night 呢？

可以參考以下說法（來源：voicetube）

如一開始所講，in 用在一段較長而「非特定」的時間；at 用在一段「特定」的時刻，而 night 一般是英語人士表示睡前沒事要做的那段「特定時間」，大概就是晚上九到十二點間，所以相較morning、afternoon 這些範圍較大且較無特定的時間，我們就相對會用 at night 喔！
